All the major networks in the United Kingdom offer their customers an application where they can access information on billing, minutes and other services. EE has not been left behind with this new development. 

Interface 3/5

My EE interface is not that appealing to look at. However, the app itself is quite straightforward and easy to navigate. Apart from that, the app applies nice circular graphics to indicate how much of your data, voice or text allowance is still available.

Additionally, it has a great billing breakdown which allows you to view your past bill as well as the bill estimates for the current month.

All of that is sorted and displayed neatly within the app. You won’t find yourself lost while navigating it.

My EE application allows you to clear your monthly bill as well as top up right from the app. This application also allows you to purchase data, and has a provision for photo messaging, making calls abroad, as well as roaming add-ons. Another attractive feature is its ability to switch between several accounts within a particular plan. 

My EE app has an additional attractive touch; the app can sync with your contacts. This way, you can view the names in your contact list instead of their numbers on your billing and usage information. With the application, you can also view your bill date and gain better control.

This helps you stay ahead with your personal finances, which can be a challenge especially when you aren’t certain of the amounts you’re being charged for several services. 

Finally, the My EE app allows you to get additional data and calls whenever you need them. You can acquire the extras for a fee, and these include packages to be used when you travel abroad.

My EE is the fastest and most efficient way for EE customers to access and control their services and subscription. The interface is easy to use and not complex. Hence, first-timers can have an easy time as they go about it.

This app also provides a streamlined way of checking your bills, data, and packs. Hence, you can keep an eye on your spending. Notably, the My EE app allows you to manage your T-Mobile, Orange and EE accounts at once.

It doesn’t get any easier than this.

My EE application is available for Windows Phone 8, Android 4.0 and higher, iOS5 and higher, as well as BB10. Individuals who are on a T-Mobile or Orange plans and their devices are not supported can go on with their existing My T-Mobile or Your Orange apps. If your My EE app isn’t compatible with your device, it’s still possible to manage your mobile plans through your browser. 


Despite its green background as well as the dotted yellow lines and multi-sized tiles, My EE application has several features that may be beneficial to customers. Furthermore, its provision that allows customers to manage their EE, T-Mobile, and Orange networks on one platform is a plus.

The billing breakdown and the option that allows users to top up and pay their bills via the app is an attractive feature that is worth considering. 

Apart from its design that most consumers consider unattractive, My EE has an array of other attractive features.
